New Hope Conservatory was established to bring the Gospel to children and adults through the study of the Arts. We serve the local Church, the broader Christian community, and Lake County by teaching and modeling excellence in instruction, creativity, and performance from a distinctly Christian world and life-view.
Our goal is to inspire and equip life-long learners to use their skills to the glory of God, and prepare for the Church and the world those who will lead in the Arts. Our values include: providing a venue for those of all skill and ability levels to learn and mature in their craft, offering opportunities for community performance and display in a variety of venues, collaborating with Christian schools and churches, and building an online presence and a nexus of resources.
Currently, we offer private instruction for all ages and levels in piano, voice, and guitar. This summer, we will hold our 2nd annual Music & Art Camp (June 20-June 24) for children in grades K - 6th. In the fall we will offer a 12-week Children's Music Class (K-1st & 2nd - 6th grade) and Art Class (K-2nd & 3rd-6th grade), as well as a monthly Acrylic Painting Workshop (16+ years). We plan to add other private and group offerings as we continue to grow. For more information, please contact Conservatory Director, Randall Van Meggelen at rvanmeggelen@ newhopepca.com.
